Why not add a fully facilitated sauna and cold plunge bath experience to your celebration, festival or company away-day. Our hire package includes our authentic Finnish wood fired mobile sauna, a solo cold plunge bath and us on hand to guide you through the session.
We will talk you through some of the benefits and culture of sauna and also the best protocols for you to get most out of the experience.
